These Mailing Terms of Use (“Mailing Terms”) establish the terms under which UZ Marketing. (“UZ Marketing”, “we”, “us” or “our”) will perform your Mailing project. The UZ Marketing General Terms of Use, available at www.material.uzmarketing.com, are incorporated by reference into and made a part of these Mailing Terms, except to the limited extent that the General Terms of Use are expressly modified below.
By requesting a Mailing project from UZ Marketing, you agree to be bound by these Mailing Terms. Please read them, including the UZ marketing General Terms of Use incorporated herein, carefully. If you refuse to comply with these terms and conditions, UZ will not be able to perform a mail project for you.
UZ Marketing's responsibility is limited to printing and preparing your mailing and completing delivery to USPS. We are not USPS and cannot guarantee the delivery scheduled or exact dates of your mailings. In no event shall UZ be liable for USPS performance failures or delivery delays. All mailing delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
UZ Marketing will not be liable for any additional services performed outside of UZ Marketing, including but not limited to other third-party mail delivery services.
Under the terms of this contract, UZ Marketing shall not be liable for any printing or mailing errors and may only make a correction or re-mail a corrected job as soon as reasonably practicable..
Postage is never refundable once the mail piece has been processed for mailing. In no case will UZ Marketing be liable to you for loss of business or profits. Costs in excess of billing for services related to the specific job, whether as a result of errors, mistakes or failures, will not be charged.
Postal regulations are subject to change, and you are responsible for complying with current mailing restrictions. Please note we have created file preparation guidelines and product templates to assist you in creating print-ready files.
UZ Marketing reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or terminate any Mailing project prior to completion at any time and for any reason. You agree that UZ Marketing shall have no liability of any kind to you or to any third party arising from such refusal or termination.
You should review these Mailing Terms, and the incorporated UZ Marketing General Terms of Use, each time you access the Mailing site. UZ marketing reserves the right to make changes to these terms and services at any time without prior notice - this is subject to UZ's editorial discretion.
