These Design Services Terms of Use establish the terms under which UZ Marketing offers and performs its classic design, logo DIY and any other creative services project (collectively, the "Design Services").
Designs
UZ Marketing's provision of Design Services will not infringe any trademark, copyright, or other right of any other party. If you upload, email, link (directly or indirectly) or otherwise refer UZ Marketing to any content for incorporation into your Design Services project, you unconditionally guarantee, represent and warrant that you have all appropriate and necessary right and authority to use such content.
You are obtaining no right or claim of any kind to any individual Design (or any element thereof) provided by UZ Marketing. All rights in all Design Services work product, including without limitation both final Designs and all interim and draft Designs, are retained by UZ Marketing.
Requirements
Design Services, once rendered, are non-refundable. Only orders canceled before designs are uploaded to the account will be considered for cancellation. UZ Marketing reserves the right to use any Designs and/or your finished Design Services project products as sample work for advertising and promotional purposes.
Damages and Liabilities
UZ Marketing provides no warranty of any kind that any Design will not infringe, or be subject to a claim of infringing, any trademark rights, copyrights or any other (intellectual property) rights of another party. It is solely your responsibility to obtain the advice of an attorney regarding whether any such Design is legally available for your use.
