How to fill out the Support Ticket
Our new system includes a support ticket button right on your order page in your account. All you have to do is go to the order in question, click the support ticket button, fill in the information prompted, and you’re all set. Please remember that pictures assist us in the claims and give us a better idea of the issue you’re facing.
Our support team will contact you on that ticket through your order page. You’ll receive a notification when there is an update to your ticket.
